It is designed to enhance the student’s knowledge on physiology of human body systems and to understand the alterations in physiology in diseases and practice in nursing. It includes physiology of cell, tissues, membranes and glands, bone formation and growth, functions of central nervous system, physiology of blood and functions of heart, mechanisms of respiration, digestive functions, excretory system functions, functions of sensory organs, reproductive system physiology, endocrine, lymphatic and immunological system functions.
